All of our items are brand new, sealed and in the original box.
We package all products discreetly but you can rest assured we do not sell used toys.

To cancel an order simply drop us an email or reach out to us on WhatsApp.
We do not charge cancellation fees.

Choose the product you wish to order and checkout through the online shopping cart system.

Before receiving the product, you will receive a call from our delivery team/driver to confirm your order and the mode of payment is cash on delivery(COD).

We only accept cash-on-delivery as a payment method.

We are a 100% discreet service – the courier is not aware of the products in the package.

We offer same-day delivery / collection for orders placed before 11am.
Orders placed after 11am can be scheduled for next-day delivery.

We deliver in the Muscat Area and have a collection point in Al Seeb.

We are an online shop only we do not allow customer visits for security purposes.

All delivery is handled locally – no customs issues / delays.
